Providing a fantastic service is very important to us, and we like to think we achieve this at all times. But rather than rest on our laurels, we wanted to make sure that our clients felt this too.
So in April this year we invited 244 clients to participate in a client satisfaction survey aimed at providing us with key performance indicator information.
